We are looking to recruit a highly skilled Best Practice Lead to join our High Needs team, recently judged as OUTSTANDING by OFSTED. The posts will be based across our campuses working with curriculum areas and external schools.

You will have excellent knowledge of SEND and EHCP process. You will be required to ensure the appropriate strategies are being implemented to support student success and to Prepare them for Adulthood also identifying appropriate pathways and provisions to enable young people aged 14-25 yrs to achieve their aspirations and be prepared for independent living,employment or further education.

The role will manage a team of Learning Support Assistants and you will be required to provide staff development within teams and curriculum areas. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential along with excellent ICT skills, use of Google platforms and recording of data.
