Possible start date: 3rd September 2018

Working week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (4.00pm finish Fridays), 1 hour lunch break, 34 hours per week

Norfolk House Consultants are looking for a passionate and confident candidate looking to join their team. If you enjoy working with customers on a daily basis and love being busy and on the go this could be the position for you.

You will mainly be working in the Mill Sales Management Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with all enquiries from customers and mills.
  • Send out price lists as required.
  • Manage and keep price lists up to date and file correctly in both computer and paperwork files when sending to a customer.
  • Log all sample orders.
  • Take and file meeting minutes.
  • Refreshing the sample boards.
  • Attending exhibitions.
  • Ordering stock with our suppliers.
  • Phone and email for customer feedback.
  • Marketing fabric with customer needs.
  • You may also be required to book appointments with customers.

Desired qualifications:

English and Maths GCSE grades.A*-C/4-9 or level 2 equivalent.
