Working week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, 30 mins lunch break

We are looking for an apprentice to join our garage as part of the front office team to deliver this quality service. The right person should be able to learn on the job and be comfortable in speaking to people both face-to-face and on the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Input parts onto online service system
  • Greet customers and create customer bookings and deal with any queries
  • Maintain good rapport with our suppliers
  • Order and arrange return of parts to our suppliers
  • Manage small levels of stock in our Stock Room
  • Answer the telephone in a polite and courteous manner, dealing with calls appropriately
  • Liaise with the Finance Department regarding invoice queries
  • Handle customer queries
  • Monitor our Facebook enquiries

This role is suitable for school, college or university leavers as predicted grades will be accepted
