Working week: Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients to the salon
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking appointments for clients
- Assist hair stylists in all aspects of a clients hair
- Shampooing and conditioning
- Advising clients how to maintain salon professional hair at home
- Discussing products with clients
- Making refreshments
- Keeping the salon clean and tidy

- Ongoing training and support from the employer.
- Day release to College (Bletchley Campus).
- Functional Skills (if required).
- Demonstrate the professionalism, values, behaviours, communication skills along with safe working practices.
- End point assessment.
