Lohmann are a well-established Manufacturer of both standard and bespoke adhesive solutions - adhesive all-rounders for the automotive industry. Lohmann sell into a diverse range of markets including automotive, medical, electrical, building and construction. Training and development will be excellent, you will be joining an experienced and knowledgeable team who will help you day to day in addition to more formal training and help in learning our extensive product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct application testing – Peel/Shear tests, Surface Energy Tests, prototype parts and dimensional reports
- Conduct Non Lohmann product goods-inwards inspections where required
- Conduct first off inspections and generate reports
- Assist in internal and customer quality issues
- Provide support for the Application Engineering department
- Provide technical support to Internal and External sales teams
- Liaise with Production on technical solutions
- Assist in dealing with initial enquiries from new and existing customers
- Provide customers with technical product information and support
- Liaise with other members within the Lohmann organization where required

Personal qualities:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and CorelDraw is desirable but not essential – training available
- Understand Technical Drawings

Desired qualifications:
5 GCSE’s grade A*-C / 4-9 including Math’s and English or equivalent
