We are looking to recruit an Academy Progress Mentor to work in the College’s Apprenticeship Academy. You will provide support inside and outside the classroom to ensure students achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for a Form group, deliver the Academy tutorial programme and provide short term cover for absent teaching staff. You will address any academic barriers to learning in order to maximise their attendance, retention, achievement and progression.
