Tractor Driver/General Farm Worker

40+ hours per week.

An opportunity has arisen for a general farm worker/machinery operator on our farm which as well as being a commercial enterprise supports the delivery of agricultural programmes providing students with valuable work experience. This role requires a willingness to work across a range of livestock and arable enterprises on several sites.

Applicants should be competent and experienced machinery operators, and be able to carry out routine maintenance of farm vehicles and machinery. This role will involve upkeep of the estate, as well as some varied livestock work. Experience of feeding dairy cows with a mixer wagon would be advantageous. The successful applicant will be part of a wider team of farm staff.
