We are now seeking to appoint a Deputy Head with an English specialism to work with the existing Senior Leadership team within the 14+ Apprenticeship Academy. The successful applicant will support in all aspects of the Academy’s leadership and management, particularly around quality, teaching, learning and assessment and securing outstanding outcomes for students.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated practitioner and leader, determined to ensure that learners have the opportunity to reach their potential. You will have a deep understanding of teaching and learning and the passion to create inspiring experiences for our learners across the Academy using engaging practice including TEL.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of developing and delivering high quality teaching whilst also inspiring and motivating staff to improve their own practice, knowledge and understanding. They will provide leadership in the enhancement of learning and teaching across the team and provide day-to-day line management for teaching staff.
