We are currently looking for an adaptable and driven individual to join our team in this new role.  You will be responsible for managing the Animal Therapy Centre (ATC) on a daily basis to maximise commercial income around the needs of our students and curriculum teams. Services include hydrotherapy, dog grooming and you will need to ensure that students receive meaningful and relevant work experience placements as required by their course. You will be responsible for the care and welfare of the animals entering the centre; ensure appropriate staffing at all times and bet targeted to develop new and existing revenue streams for the centre by increasing referrals from other third parties.

You will have previous experience of working in a commercial setting. Experience of similar hydrotherapy, veterinary and dog grooming services will be particularly useful. You should have experience of managing budgets with a strong focus on customer service, leading by example. You will be a capable user of IT systems and have a flexible approach to your work to allow for the differing needs of the business. You will be a team player and keen to work to high standards at all times.
