Funding & Returns Assistant
An opportunity has arisen to join the small but friendly Funding, Returns and Audit team in a busy office environment, based at the College’s Waterfront Centre in Huddersfield. The main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be updating, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of the student record data for all funding streams and returns. This will include working alongside the curriculum planning teams and other support services to ensure this data is attracting the correct funding to the college.
An inquisitive mind would help in this role with the ability to question anything regarding the information being processed whilst carrying out your duties. You will also be part of the busy enrollment periods at the college when you will have the chance to interact with the students themselves.
The qualifications deemed essential for the post are a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g. GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C), Level 2 IT qualification and educated to Level 3 or equivalent working experience.
