The Role: As an integral member of the Science department, you will give students the advantage employers & universities want: high quality qualifications for real careers in STEM industries. You will primarily deliver on A Level provision and act as a personal tutor to a group of full time students.
You will have the opportunity to become fully involved with course marketing, outreach work and tutorial support. You will also plan, improve and evaluate course content – so there’s a genuine opportunity for you to shape future curriculum development.
What we’re looking for: The successful applicant will be expected to have a Chemistry degree with a track record of success in teaching examination based Chemistry. It is essential that you hold a PGCE or another recognised teaching qualification and excellent written and oral communication skills are clearly essential.
