This is a fast paced role that will take part in activities to support the centres assessments and examinations. The role will help to produce student schedules and exams, whilst supporting the Assessments Coordinator. When required, this position will assist with induction activities, so the ability to manage multiple tasks, and work in a high pressured environment is key.

What experience do you need?

We are looking for someone that has managed a high volume and is competent with Microsoft Office. What is really key for this role is the right attitudes, and we really want to speak with people that are driven, focused, adaptable, and thrive from working at an exciting fast pace. If you have the below then this is certainly a good start.

  • Experience working in an admin focused role.
  • Previous experience working with Academic Admin, exams, or assessments.
  • Knowledge of university databases.
  • Previous experience working in Further or Higher Education.

Where is this role based?

Our Durham University Study Centre is the newest to the Study Group network, recently opening its doors in September last year. Based in the stunning Queens Campus, it is now a fully functional centre full of talented students from across the globe. The centre runs a varied curriculum across the International Foundation, and the Pre-Masters programme. This is an energetic centre, where no day is the same. The centre is right next to the River Tees and the stunning Infinity Bridge.
