Learning Resources Adviser

Term time only – 38 weeks.

Coventry Colleges Student Services team are looking to recruit a Learning Resources Adviser who is committed to the achievement of our learners.  You will be based in the Hub working across both campuses and be involved in a variety of tasks, including inductions, workshops, IT enquiries, and study skills. You must be able to provide outstanding customer service and contribute towards enhancing the student experience.

You must have experience of working within a Library or Learning Resources environment and providing initial IT support to individuals or groups. Experience of working with young people within a post 16 setting would be desirable.

In this varied role you will work collaboratively with staff across the College.  You must possess excellent IT and communication skills as well as an attention to detail.

Coventry College has a campus in Bell Green and the City Centre, you must therefore have access to a car and hold a full driving licence and business insurance in order to travel between sites.
