Head of Marketing & Communications

We are looking for a highly experienced and driven marketing professional to join us as Head of Marketing and Communications at an exceptionally exciting time for the institution.
This is a wide ranging role overseeing brand strategy and execution, digital strategy, campaigns for UK and international student recruitment and commercial markets, CRM strategy and prospect conversion activity. The role will also be responsible for the development and delivery of the institutional communications strategy.
The post holder will manage a small team within the External Relations directorate, alongside the heads of admissions, student recruitment, alumni and development and events.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can work at both strategic, and operational and levels. You will have excellent organizational skills and to able to demonstrate your ability to develop first rate collaborative working relationships at all levels internally and externally.
The ability to motivate others and to manage complexity is important, and a genuine interest in design and media would be an advantage.
