Fixed term contract until 21st December 2018.

Term time only (36 weeks per year).

Are you a calm individual who can work methodically whilst under pressure?  Can you work collaboratively with others?  Coventry College are looking for a temporary Additional Learning Support Administrator who can hit the ground running. 

An excellent communicator, you will have previous experience of working with young people within a post 16 setting. Working within a highly pressurised environment and balancing competing priorities you will maintain administrative and electronic systems.

Educated to Level 2 in Communication, Literacy, English and Maths, you will also have an appropriate IT qualification and have experience of directly relevant training and development activities. 

About the role

In this key role you will provide information, advice and guidance for students who have additional support needs.

As part of this role you will be the key point of contact for our students, staff and external agencies to ensure the day to day smooth operation of our additional learning support, and you will also provide administration support to the department.

You will maintain accurate records of additional learning support that are used for reporting to the SFA and ESFA.

This role could be based at either City or Henley campus and at times there may be a requirement to work across both campuses.
