We have an exciting opportunity for you to shape and deliver the HR Resourcing and HR Admin service to ensure excellent customer focused services by developing an ambitious programme of continuous improvement.
You will provide processes that are efficient, accurate and within acceptable timescales and develop pro-active recruitment strategies to help the College attract the best.
Candidates will need to demonstrate their experience of managing an HR recruitment and HR administration service delivering improvements in service delivery and be able to show their ability to redesign systems and processes to facilitate the provision of excellent services.
You will need to be an HR professional who is knowledgeable and able to advise on contracts of employment issues.
