Lecturer - Mechanical Services

Dudley College are an ‘Outstanding’ college, as graded by Ofsted and are actively recruiting for a full-time Mechanical Services Lecturer. The role requires the implementation and delivery of bespoke Mechanical training courses, including: Mechanical and Controls etc. This role requires professional course delivery to the maintenance staff of a well-known national organisation.

The suitable candidate will have experience of delivering these or similar courses already.

The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and hold relevant mechanical qualifications or proof of equivalent experience. Knowledge of Controls and Building Management Systems would be an advantage.

Due to the high profile nature of the role, we are looking for an experienced Lecturer who holds a teaching qualification and an assessor award.

A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
