Helpdesk Team Member

20 hours per week.

With experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment in a customer service role, you will be responsible for providing first line contact and support to the customers who use the services provided by the Estates team. You will have experience of working on your own initiative and to deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy; prioritising requests and directing to them to the appropriate staff or support contracts. Your responsibilities will also include the sorting and delivery of mail and parcels within the College and contributing to the College sustainability targets managed by Estates.
