As an experienced leader and manager with an understanding of a construction trade you will be responsible for working with curriculum teams to deliver a range of construction trade based curriculum to full and part time students at the College. This will include the timetabling structure, resource management, initial assessment and delivery of outstanding outcomes. You will lead and manage a team of practitioners and support the ongoing development of the construction offer within the College curriculum.
You will hold relevant Industry qualifications and perhaps a related academic qualification. You will also hold a management qualification or be prepared to study for one if appointed. You will be able to demonstrate a record of achievements in an academic setting or industry environment. You will be an outstanding communicator and at ease liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders to progress key plans.
