Customer Service Advisor (0.6 FTE)

A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our proactive team who provide a professional and information customer service function to all learners, staff and visitors to the college. You will be required to work flexibly as necessary at college receptions, other front of house locations, switchboard and events at college sites and other venues. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and the ability to cope with a pressurised environment when dealing with a high volume of telephone calls and personal visitors to the college. Hours of work are Tuesday and Wednesday 12 pm – 5.00 pm, Thursday 12.20 pm – 5.00pm and Friday 8.15 am – 4.30 pm, term time only.
Applicants must have experience in a customer service role and possess an appropriate Customer Service qualification together with excellent IT skills.
