Do you develop and deliver digital national campaigns that have high impact? Coventry College are looking for two experienced and motivated campaigns officers to take forward its campaigns strategy for its core audiences. 

One role will focus on business to business where your campaigns will specifically focus on support of the College’s acquisition, growth and retention objectives and support the work to develop specific sectors.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Sales and Recruitment, you will be part of the established Business Development team which prides itself on continually improving its output, achievements and impact.

About You

Educated to Marketing, Communications or Business degree (or equivalent) with a minimum level 2 qualification in English and Maths you will have significant marketing experience.

With a strong understanding of aligning campaign strategy and tactics to business need, you will plan, manage and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and innovation in their delivery across all online and offline platforms.  Experience of maximising video and social media impact alongside creative print resources and events is a must.

You are driven and energetic with a strong sense of urgency to get things done. Able to multitask and thrive within a pressurised environment, you are flexible and positive with a can-do attitude.

An excellent communicator you will be an expert in fostering positive working relationships, you understand their value to increasing the reach of Coventry College campaigns.
