HR Business Partner: Learning and Development

Hours of work: up to 37 per week

This is a fabulous opportunity for a HR Business Partner for Learning and Development to join Wakefield College.

This is a varied role, where no two days are ever the same. The HR team support one another, and everyone’s opinion is valued.

As a HR Business Partner for Learning and Development, you will work in partnership with managers to identify individual, department and college development needs and training requirements and plan and organise development programmes and one-off activities aimed at developing and improving employees’ performance.

Utilising your excellent planning and organisational skills and Learning and Development experience, you will have the ability to present to different audiences on a range of topics.

This is a fast paced and busy environment, so there is no time to ever feel bored. You learn something new every day. If you are resilient, an excellent team player, with good interpersonal skills, forward thinking and have a good sense of humour, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
