Lecturer in Agricultural Engineering (Further Education)

Hartpury College is a leading sports and land-based residential college with over 3500 full time Further and Higher Education students studying at our attractive rural campus in Gloucestershire. A specialist in Agricultural Engineering, you will be highly motivated, student focused and have strong interpersonal skills. You will be expected to deliver exceptional teaching which will assist students to achieve excellent results. You will be able to inspire students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of engineering, instilling in them a passion for the subject and a desire to develop their understanding and will deliver IMI and BTEC units at Level 3, as well as being a course tutor for a group of students.

The successful candidate will hold or be required to work towards a teaching qualification. You will also be a strong team player, have excellent administration skills and demonstrate a willingness to engage with external partners and industry. Ideally you will possess an appropriate degree and be able to demonstrate a range of practical skills. Experience of delivering Engineering Units within the Further Education sector is desirable.
