Casual Learning Support Assistants

We are looking for suitably enthusiastic and committed individuals who can help students develop skills and grow into independence. You could be working in a variety of different vocational contexts which require good organisational skills and confidence using IT for administrative tasks.  We are looking particularly for people who feel that they have the skills to help students not only improve but also enjoy English and Maths.

You must work well in a team and be able to work efficiently and effectively with other staff. Understanding of and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have behavioural problems is a must. Some students may have physical or medical disabilities and you may be required to undertake some personal care. If you think that you meet these criteria, please apply.
