Catering Technician

Term time only (36 weeks). 

We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the positions of Technicians within the Hospitality and Catering and Foundations Departments at Nescot College. The Departments are centred around brand-new, state-of-the-art professional catering facilities that opened in September 2016. We are looking to recruit staff to support with the preparation of these areas for teaching and support practical teaching sessions.

You must have experience of working within a professional catering environment, a flexible approach to work, be able to work independently, be tidy and able to organise and prioritise tasks. You should have previous work experience in this role, ideally in an education environment. Nescot is a college of FE and HE learning and so a wide range of students utilise the facilities to learn and develop practical skills for working with in the industry.

This position can be worked according to the following options:

• 1 x Monday - Friday, all day. 
• 1 x Monday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday all day. 
• 1 x Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday all day.
