We are looking to hire skilled and compassionate Student Experience Support Workers to ensure a high quality student experience by supporting the planning, delivery and management of a Student Experience Calendar of events; and, support provision of targeted and timely support for at-risk students.  

You will provide focused intervention for the most vulnerable "At Risk" students through a variety of supportive interactions including, but not restricted to, 1-1s, action plans, caseload management, group work, Multi Agency meetings and referrals; and implementation of strategies that support the building of self-esteem and confidence.

We have 2 vacancies available;

  1. The first is permanent full-time, working 37 hours per week and based at Openshaw Campus.
  2. The second is working during term time only (40 weeks per year), 37 hours per week and based across Harpurhey and Manchester city centre and paid pro-rata.
