Gym Instructor (Casual)

Loughborough College is seeking experienced Gym Instructors to join the Radmoor Health and Fitness team, to instruct, support and motivate Health & Fitness club members whilst providing exceptional customer care and service.

We are looking for professional, highly passionate and engaging instructors with great people skills and customer care skills. Post holders will have a proactive approach and be able to motivate and support our club members in achieving their health & fitness goals.

To be considered for these roles you must have previous experience of working in a fitness centre environment and a recognised L2 Fitness Instructor qualification.

The post involves working on a flexible shift rota including early starts, late finishes and weekend working.  Enthusiasm and passion for health & fitness together with a desire to develop are essential requirements of this post.
