HR Business Partner (East Midlands Regional)

Fixed term contract until March 2019. 

Milton Keynes College are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Services Team on a fixed term contract.

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will work proactively in partnership with managers and other colleagues to provide operational HR support. Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner position will be supporting, change management and ER. 

This is a regional HR role; you will be visiting our prison education teams across the East Midlands 2-3 times per week; Sites you will be visiting include HMP Gartree, HMP Leicester, HMP Nottingham, HMP Ranby, HMP Stocken, HMP Sudbury and HMP Whatton. You will be providing advice and guidance on employee relations, organisational development and talent management to enable staff to put learner’s success at the heart of what we do.
