Trainer – Technical, Construction

This position will be based at our Peterborough Park Crescent site.

We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for a Technical Trainer in our Construction Team. Based in a practical realistic learning environment, you will support the provision of a high quality learner experience and learner achievement through provision of training, assessing and assistance relevant to the programme area lecturers and learners.

The working hours will usually be 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.

The successful candidate will have a good level of education to a minimum of level 2 in English and Maths, along with a relevant Construction qualification at a minimum of level 3 and industry experience. Ideally you will also hold a level 3 teaching qualification alongside TAQA 3 but this is not essential as the College will support you in achieving this as part of your professional development.

You will be a motivated, self-starter with the highest level of commitment to our learners.
