Human Resources Administrator

We have restructured the department to provide Business Partnership support which will align with the goals of the University. 

The successful applicant will be joining the team at a critical time as we implement a HR Database, develop a HR Strategy in alignment with the overall strategy, begin a change management programme and build a relatively new team. You will support a group of academic and professional service departments and be responsible for providing an HR &OD service to them with pace, innovation and good customer service.

You will have a proven track record of building strong relationships at all levels of an organisation and be keen to be part of a team that is changing the way things are done. What you do is in tune with the wider strategic objectives and you relish opportunities to make a difference to your stakeholders and the HR&OD delivery.
