The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and support services to develop the programme for students to support their personal development. The post-holder will also be responsible for promoting cross college student engagement activities, including working with the Students Union and Student Council, to enhance the student experience.

With a good standard of education, you will have experience in working in a team and leading on large-scale projects, including budget management. You will have a proven track record of working with young people and have a thorough knowledge of enrichment opportunities and activities. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to relate to a broad range of students in different cohorts. The successful candidate will also have a track record of effective networking and relationship-building with external stakeholders and engaging with them to deliver services to young people.

Successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check.
