The SpLD Advisor has a key role in ensuring that students are able to get the support that they need and making sure that staff across the College understand the issues that need to be managed to provide learners with best opportunity to succeed.
Applicants should be outstanding practitioners in supporting students who can demonstrate highly effective performance and coordination skills with a strong track record of delivering excellence within a student support environment.
You will provide outstanding expertise and understanding of dyslexia and other conditions in the College for the benefit of both staff and learners.
We are seeking a pro-active individual with substantial experience of supporting students with a range of disabilities who has extensive knowledge within the additional learning support arena.
