The Career Mentors will work with students aged 16 to 18 plus, employers and curriculum departments to support the successful completion of T Level (Technician Level) industry placements.

This will include matching students to placements sourced by our business engagement team according to skills, qualities, interests and aspirations, developing and delivering preparation for work placement activities and carrying out placement visits. The team is seeking to ensure the industry placements are a positive experience for all stakeholders and that students complete them successfully.

The post holder(s) will hold a minimum of Level 3 IAG qualification and be able to develop effective relationships with young people, college staff and external partners and be enthusiastic, positive and understanding of students needs.
