Lecturer in Education, Health and Social Studies

We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual as a lecturer in the Faculty of Education, Health and Social Studies. Within the Faculty we are involved in the delivery of psychology, childcare, associated continuing professional development, education support, health and social care.  Some travel may be required to deliver out with the campus, therefore a driving licence is essential.

The successful candidates should have a relevant degree, which may include Child Development, Psychology, Early Years Education, Childhood Studies, nursing, social work or social care.  A teaching qualification would be an advantage, however staff development will be provided.  Up to date of the relevant sector and legislation is essential.

We are looking for someone who has positive ideas and could motivate students of all ages and abilities.  An ability to work flexibly and motivate students is essential.
