We are looking for a hard working and inspirational manager to join our team. Management and Professional has an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced manager to drive forward the department and enhance the learner experience. We are seeking to appoint a Programme Manager for the Law Access Diploma, CILEx programmes and apprenticeships. Based at our University Centre, they will lead a team providing high quality programmes.

The successful candidate will be proactive and have the ability to motivate and lead staff and learners, with very high expectations of both. They will have a thorough understanding of delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment that develops outstanding levels of attainment and progression. The post will suit an outstanding candidate who is used to working to demanding targets with proven leadership skills and excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be educated to degree level or equivalent relevant professional qualification with an in depth knowledge of the curriculum area.
