ESOL Course Administrator
14 hours per week, 36 weeks per year. Fixed term up to 2 years.
Dumfries and Galloway College is looking for an administrator to support the provision of a programme of ESOL training that is delivered in partnership with the local authority across the region.
Key tasks will include all aspects of short course organisation include dealing with customer enquiries, organisation of courses, maintaining appropriate systems and records, invoicing and receiving payments, liaison with internal staff and departments as well as external organisations, and general administrative duties.
If you are educated to HNC level in Administration and Information Management (or equivalent) and would enjoy the challenge of being involved in this dynamic team then this could be the job for you.
