We are seeking to recruit an innovative, adaptable and enthusiastic Chef Lecturer at our Dumfries Campus to support delivery of high quality learning and teaching to our students at levels SCQF 4 and 5.
The successful candidate will possess a Professional Cookery qualification at SCQF Level 6 or higher and have recent and relevant industry experience. They will also be committed to delivering high quality learning. Previous experience of delivering training in this area would be desirable. It would also be desirable to hold a teaching qualification, however, training will be provided.
