Arable Worker

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our farm team. You will carry out tasks using a range of machinery across a busy farm enterprise. You will support the completion of appropriate farm records and be responsible for overseeing groups of students undertaking commercial experience across the farm estate. You will also be expected to support other areas of the farm enterprise as required during the year. You will be comfortable working to industry leading standards and be able to demonstrate best practice in work activities.

You will have previous experience of working on a similar farm or estate. You will be passionate about high standards and quality and be committed to the highest standards of safety. You will be a confident communicator and able to deal with a variety of people including, college staff, suppliers and students appropriately. In addition you will be a confident user of IT systems.
