We are currently looking for an adaptable individual to join our team and support the provision of a first class IT service across our business. You will provide both technical and practical support across the College’s networks and play a key role in the installation and maintenance of a range of software. In addition you will contribute to the identification of requirements for the continued development of IT systems and work across all college locations.

The successful candidate will preferably hold a Microsoft Certified Professional or COMPITA A+ /similar qualification; have substantial experience in both network and desktop support and experience of Windows 7/10. Experience of Windows Server products and Virtual Desktop/Thin Client environments is desirable as is previous experience in an Education Environment. Experience of monitoring tools such as Check_MK, Statseeker and SCCM would be an advantage together with experience of wired and wireless networks. Experience of cloud based solutions such as Office 365 and Google Apps is desirable and these are widely used across the business. You will be required to travel to other sites on occasion so a full driving licence would be an advantage for this role.
