Lecturer - Education and Childhood Practice x2
2 x 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
As a Lecturer in Education and Childhood Practice you will deliver teaching in all aspects of Education at Degree and Post Graduate levels and in Childhood Practice from NC (Level 6) to Honours Degree (SCQF Level 10). You will be educated to as a minimum Degree level and have strong educational experience. Previous teaching experience is essential and a teaching qualification (TQFE) or similar would be advantageous.
You must have clear and confident communication skills, the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team. You must have good planning and organisational skills, initiative and self-motivation.
