As a Lecturer in Criminology we are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable person who will be able to carry out and demonstrate all aspects of Criminology and Sociology in a range of teaching environments. Your skills should be current and occupational experience is essential.
You will deliver teaching in all aspects of Criminology from HNC Social Sciences (SCQF Level 7) and BA Sociology and Criminology (levels 7-10). You will be educated to Masters Degree level or equivalent. Previous teaching experience is desirable and a teaching qualification (TQFE) or similar would be advantageous.
You must have clear and confident communication skills, the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team, good planning and organisational skills, initiative and self-motivation.
