Students at Norland College study a unique combination of the BA (Hons) Early Years Development and Learning degree programme together with the Norland Diploma, a practical based course consisting of modules in Play & Learning, Care & Wellbeing and Food & Nutrition.

We are looking to appoint a Student Records and Data Manager who is responsible for the management of Norland’s student database and College Sharepoint site. Developing and managing the reporting systems which provides critical data for external regulatory bodies and Norland stakeholders is also a key part of this role. The post holder will provide training for staff and be responsible for the version control of all documents, as well as coordinating and managing the information held on the student database and the college intranet.

The successful candidate will need to be educated to degree level and/ or hold a technical qualification and/or experience working with student record systems. Strong experience of working with Prosolutions and Promonitor or similar systems is essential as is the ability to analyse data and produce reports for data return submissions. The post holder will need to be familiar with legislative and regulatory frameworks for data and records management.
