County Training’s Business Development department is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self motivated Business Development Officer to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships between County Training and employers, schools, partners and the local community. You will be key in achieving business growth and recruitment targets and will work to generate income for the organisation.
You will be qualified to grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths and possess sales and marketing experience preferably within the work based learning sector. Candidates must have sound interpersonal skills and excellent communication and organisational skills.
