Apprenticeship duration: 18 months

Possible start date: 6th August 2018

Working week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (4.00pm finish Fridays), 34 hours per week

Marshall Amplification is one of the largest and most well-respected brands in the music industry. We are seeking a well organised and enthusiastic person to provide day to day administrative support to our HR Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment e.g. posting job adverts, arranging interviews and liaising with Agencies
  • Assisting with new employee induction
  • Maintaining employee records including training records, health information and performance reviews
  • Tracking employees time and attendance
  • Assisting the HR Officer with meeting notes
  • In consultation with line managers, following up any individual or collective training needs and sourcing external training as and when required
  • Providing emergency reception cover
