Working week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (4.00pm finish Fridays), 34 hours per week
Marshall Amplification is one of the largest and most well-respected brands in the music industry. We are seeking a well organised and enthusiastic person to provide day to day administrative support to our HR Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment e.g. posting job adverts, arranging interviews and liaising with Agencies
- Assisting with new employee induction
- Maintaining employee records including training records, health information and performance reviews
- Tracking employees time and attendance
- Assisting the HR Officer with meeting notes
- In consultation with line managers, following up any individual or collective training needs and sourcing external training as and when required
- Providing emergency reception cover
