We are looking for someone to join our ALS team in Andover College. This is a new a role so the post holder will have the opportunity to develop it. The role entails leading work on Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and High Needs Students (HNS) in their specialist care. The main duties include carrying out Annual Reviews, liaising with County Councils and working with SpLD Assessors and LSA Team Leaders to supply individualised needs. The post holder will have the support of an administrator.
The role is for 25 hours per week and ideally 5 hours per day, however, we are happy to consider alternative working patterns.
Experience of the EHCP process, dealing with students with high needs, a good standard of education and willingness to undertake further training, if necessary, is essential.
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £23,187 - £24,599 per annum. With the contractual hours of 25 hours per week, the actual salary range is £15,666 - £16,620 per annum.
This post is based at the Andover campus.
