We are looking to recruit a teacher who can teach English and Mathematics Functional Skills covering a range of disciplines on a variable hours' basis. The English and Mathematics Department at Barnfield has a strong pedagogical mission to deliver high quality English and Mathematical teaching and successful applicants can expect to join a supportive and friendly team.
You must be able to teach the underpinning theory and practical activities therefore, have a degree in a closely related subject or equivalent professional qualification at Level 3 or above, as well as a teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain a recognised teaching qualification within 12 months.
