We are currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our human resources team. You will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient human resources advisory service to managers and staff on a range of issues to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
You will have considerable post qualification generalist human resources experience, as well as previous experience of working in human resources within education. You will be used to handling case work and will have previous experience of using Midland HR i-trent payroll software.
All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
