We are seeking to recruit an adaptable and passionate Head of Adult and Community to lead and develop our current provision.
We are one of few colleges nationally that has retained a large dispersed community based offer with a varied curriculum and strong focus on meeting the needs of deprived communities.
The successful candidate for this exciting role will have:
- A strong and diverse curriculum background.
- Experience of leading, managing and developing teaching and learning for large teams.
- Strong performance management skills in relation to quality, finance and staff.
