Andover College are looking for a creative and innovative lecturer to work as part of a team delivering Sociology on the Access to HE programme.

Experience of teaching is desirable but not essential. The post holder will hold, or be willing to attain, a recognised teaching qualification, and will be expected to be self-motivated and a good communicator. The college provides a supportive environment that allows each individual the opportunity to develop and flourish.

The working pattern for this role is 8.30 am – 3.00 pm Monday to Wednesday with a 30 minute break each day. 

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £20,950 - £32,241 per annum.  With the contractual hours of 18.5 hours per week, the actual salary range including holiday pay is £10,474 - £16,120 per annum.

This role will be based at the Andover Campus
